I just want to thank everyone at CST. You helped me with my mother and fathers passing in less than a 22 month span. You are compassionate and fair and did not take advantage of me when i was in a very unprepared and vulnerable state. More importantly you provided me guidance and direction with a checklist for the many post death things that need to be done that was so very helpful for me. It can be overwhelming and you were supportive! Thank for taking care of my family with such dignity and respect.

I lost my beloved son Michael Calhoon unexpectedly. Michael was a fun loving, would crack a joke to keep mom laughing, had a very positive attitude to life. He left behind a wife, sister & 4 children. I was crushed when I got the horrible news. Kiley & Molly were absolutely the best. Knew how to comfort, listen & understanding. I live in Charlotte, NC & had no idea where to go for memorial services. Then I heard from someone about Crematory Society of Toledo. They were absolutely the best. I lost my parents, with my dad we a beautiful military service at Arlington. When my mom passed we had nothing planned. Alzheimer’s had stolen her from us😞. With the guidance and caring staff at CST. We were able to have a beautiful memory of her life. When she passed they gave me time no rush, with her. They covered her in her favorite memory quilt and carefully carried her home. I felt at peace knowing CST really cared for her like she was their mother. Thank you.

They are professional, courteous, and very understanding, they are willing to accommodate almost any request - for example, they were awesome about helping us with my family's desire for each of us to be added to the Family Urn. Their prearrangement terms are very reasonable indeed, and are easily affordable as well. An excellent firm.
