Molly DeMaison

Manager and Licensed Funeral Director

Molly has been with the Cremation Society of Toledo since 2019 and has worked in funeral service since 2007. Born and raised in Oak Harbor, Ohio, she graduated in 2006 before attending the University of Findlay to study hospitality management. During her studies, she discovered her true calling to a deeper purpose and went on to earn a bachelor's degree from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 2009. She became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in Michigan in 2010 and in Ohio in 2013.

Over the years, Molly has had the privilege of serving families from diverse cultural and community backgrounds, experiences that shaped her belief in meeting people where they are and honoring their unique stories. Her goal is to be a supportive resource, guiding families through every aspect of cremation with compassion and care.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys cheering for the Cincinnati Bengals, spending time in nature, and being with those close to her heart, especially her son, who is her ray of sunshine.

Taylor Ellison-Eichler

Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer

Taylor was born and raised in Defiance, Ohio, and graduated from high school in 2015. After completing her prerequisites at Bowling Green State University, she went on to earn both her associate’s and bachelor’s degrees from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science in 2019. Outside of the funeral home, Taylor cherishes time spent with her family, whether they’re making memories or just enjoying the little things. She also loves thrifting for unique finds, caring for her growing collection of indoor plants, getting creative with crafts, and of course, starting her day with a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee in hand.
