Gary C. Newnham left a message on March 25, 2020:
Having been born in June, 1949, Pat was almost two years older than me. These pictures are of Pat, Aunt Lucille and me when I was one year old and a Christmas card from Pat which my Mother put in my baby book. Since most of their grandchildren were boys, my grandparents appreciated having Pat and my sister, Margie, as their granddaughters. This obituary is a nice tribute to the Pat that I remember.

Patty Jo was my sister-in-law (Bill 1934-2017). I met her after I started dating my husband in 1954. She visited with us many times after we were married and she loved to play with our son, Billy. Patti and Billy remained friends and soulmates until his death in 2014. Pat and I recently talked for about two hours on the phone and we shared many happy memories. She now joins her brothers and her nephew, Billy. I'm sure they are reunited and making beautiful music together. RIP Patty Jo! My condolences to Pat's family and friends as they traverse this difficult journey. May fond memories replace your grief and sorrow. Sent with love from Aunt Carol

Doug, Shannon Kellie, and Shawn, You are in my thoughts and prayers during your grieving process. There will be highs and lows, ups and downs as you remember your wife/mother. Trust me, I remember! I must admit I cried when I got to the part about Aunt Pat being preceded in death by my father. As I have told you, Kellie and Shawn, via text, the tears really never go away, they just change and eventually they are more tears of the joyous memories that are yours to keep forever. In deepest sympathy, Nicki

so sorry to hear of Pattis passing. I remember her well from high school. we would run into each other at the carryout over the years and she still had that same infectious laugh and twinkle in her eye!
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
