Dave was my first love, we were married for 10 years, andhave two sons, David and James. The boys and I moved to the Tampa Bay Area in the early 70's, and we experiencedmany life changes, as Dave did also back in Toledo. During my many visits home to Toledo, always kept in touch with Dave. He didn't care for Florida, only visited once. Dave's parents, Ollie andHarold, were loving and great fun. Harold had a nice boat, I have wonderful memories of us all traveling to Put-in-Bay, and Cedar Point. My heart goes out to Brent and his family, Dana, too. David will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. God Bless You Dave, you are in my prayers.

Dave was a life long friend. I enjoyed visiting with Dave at the Sylvania Care Center. His eyes would light up when he would see the root beer in my hand. He kinda likes cookies as well. I will miss our visits, but I know Dave is now in good hands. God Bless you Dave. Your Pal Jim Henricks

My condolences to Dave’s family. I have many pleasant memories from when I worked for Dave at his Sohio gas station. In the fall of 1957 I was getting ready to head off to California when I ask Dave to take a few photos of me with my cars and then I took a couple of him with his Ford Crown Victoria. That is the Dave that I remember.
