Willie Mae Utley

Willie Mae (Elam) Utley was born January 14, 1945 in Drew, Mississippi to John D. and Callie Elam.  Willie Mae passed away Monday, March 23, 2020 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio.  Willie Mae graduated from Woodward High School.  She was a devoted wife and mother, who later became a foster parent and daycare provider for Lucas County. She leaves to cherish her memory five children Victoria Vonda McCree-Bald; Spencer (Tamika) Utley; Shea Tudor Utley; Vania (Issac) Underwood, Sovine (Leigh) Utley; 16 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband Hudson Utley and daughter Valerie Utley. A memorial service will be held later due to the current status of the state.  “The ones who have passed are the lucky ones, be at peace, I am at home.”
