William R. Pinney

Passed away suddenly December 11, 2015. Bill was born to Ralph and Alba (Moriconi) Pinney. Bill was always placing others before himself and it was obvious by his choice(s) of employment. He worked 30 years for Aunt Millies, taught History and Economics, was a Special Needs Advocate and Proctor/Standardize Patient at UTMC. When Bill wasnt working he loved spending time with family and his many friends. He will be remembered as loyal (longtime Detroit sports fan), passionate and very dry witted. Bill was extremely devoted to and is survived by his loving wife, Cathy; sons, Ryland (Ronda), Jacob (Dorothy), David (Ashley), Ben (Paul); daughter, Chelle (Mike); eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Cheryl (Joe), Sarah (Mark), Eloise (Tom), Becky (George); several nieces and nephews and numerous dear friends of all ages. There will be a celebration of his life Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Dzias Irish Pub, 5131 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, Ohio 43614, beginning at 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please contribute needed items/services to U First, 419-822-7729
