William J. Golis

William “Bill Golis, age 78, of Toledo, passed away Friday, November 30, 2012 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo. Bill was born November 27, 1934 in Bolivar, PA to Thomas and Anna Golis. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Sergeant. Bill was employed for several years as a car salesman in the Toledo area.Bill is survived by his children, David Golis of Oregon, Dennis Golis (Jennifer) of Delmar, NY, Diana Goodrich of Martin, and Donald Golis (Christy) of Sylvania; sisters Kay “Sis” Golis and Bernadette “Cookie” Golis both of Pittsburgh, PA and 8 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Dale Golis and brothers, George, Tom and Ed.A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg, Ohio.
