Violet Helen Long

Violet Helen Long, age 93, passed away at Northwest Ohio Hospice on Wednesday, May 9, 2012. Helen was born in Rudolph, Ohio on October 25, 1918, to George and Sarah Henry. She was the wife of the late Merle Long, mother to Joyce (Cliff) Cooley and Barb (Steve) Larrow, and sister to Jack (Janet) Henry. She also left to cherish her memory several grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, as well as many special friends. Helen was preceded in death by Benjamin Cooley, Christopher Losher, and her sister Vicia McKee. A celebration of Helens life will be held Monday, May 14th at LifePoint Church, 8239 Route 64 in Waterville, OH. The family will begin receiving guests at 11 a.m. with the service beginning at noon.
