Timothy A Crippen

Tim Crippen 63, of Maumee, Ohio, passed away quietly surrounded by his wife Pam, son Todd, and sister Robin on Saturday, September 18, 2010.Tim was retired from the Lucas County Sheriffs Department where he served as a Deputy for more than 25 years. During retirement he worked for Try Hours, Inc where he was always in the company of his road dog, Jack. He was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served in the Vietnam War. Tim was a member of the Maumee Eagles and the Maumee Elks. Tim is survived by wife Pamela, son Todd (Jennifer) of Gilbert, Arizona, grandchildren Hunter, Wyatt and Delainey. He is also survived by his siblings Kate Tressler, Pat (Les) Fawcett, Rick (Joan) Crippen, Steve Crippen, and Robin (Dave) Frank and canine companion, Jack (A.K.A. JTB). Tim was preceded in death by parents Richard and Margaret (Shinaver-Crippen) Johnson and step-father Edward Johnson.Memorial contributions may be made to the organization or charity of choice.
