Thomas Reid Kellogg

Thomas Reid Kellogg, aged 78, of Sylvania, passed away peacefully in his home on December 8, 2025. Tom was born on April 27, 1947, in Evanston, Illinois and then grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin. Tom graduated from Neenah High School and then went on to attend the University of Wyoming, receiving his bachelor’s degree in history.

 Tom married the love of his life Marcia Kaye (Boelter) on August 28, 1971, married 54 years. Tom worked primarily in the paper industry, retiring from Green Bay Packaging in 2010. He was an avid collector of many things, but most proud of his nationally renowned cast-iron still bank collection which attracted collectors from all over the world. 

Tom is survived by his wife, Marcia; his daughter, Stacey (Sean) Whalen; his grandson, Sam; sisters, Cammy Getschow and Margaret (Diane) Kellogg; sisters-in-law, Karen (Chuck) Wiese and Diana (Al) Clawson. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Breadon and Ruth and his brother-in-law, Rick Getschow. 

Per his wishes, there will be no services. 

Those wishing to offer memorials are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio or St. Jude Research Hospital.
