Thomas K. Jackson, age 68, of Delta, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Tom was born on November 16, 1957, in Toledo, Ohio, to Raymond C. Jackson and Sophie R. Jackson. He attended Whitmer High School and worked as a roofer for several years before joining Carpenters Local 351, where he built a career through hard work and dedication.
For all who knew Tom, once you made it past his rough exterior, you had the pleasure of knowing a man who was deeply kind and generous. He was a simple man, and that is exactly what so many loved about him.
Tom had a passion for motorcycles-riding them, building them, and taking trips with his club brothers, creating memories that will never be forgotten. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing at his pond, where he often took time to wander, reflect, and simply be. He took great pride in his "wall of shame," where his winnings were framed, each one carrying a story he loved to tell.
Anyone who crossed Tom's path was lucky to know him. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and his club brothers.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond C. and Sophie R. Jackson, and his siblings Raymond Jackson Jr., Danny Jackson (Angelika), and Steve Jackson (Trish).
He is survived by his wife, Lynn Nagy; his children, Heather-Query (Steve) Mundy, Hannah (Pam "Sylvia" Pelleteri) Vore, Jessica "two-two" (Josh) Elchert, and Will (Alysha) Nagy; his siblings, Cindi (Ted) Katafiasz, Sandi (David) Meeks, and James Jackson; his best friend, Alan "AC" Carpenter; and his beloved grandchildren, Thomas, Lucianna, Connor, Emma, Kennedy, and Reagan, whom he was a proud "Dziadek." He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Thomas chose to be cremated and did not wish to have a formal funeral service. A private celebration of life has been arranged.
Ride free, rest in the wind,
Jackson-the man, the myth, the legend.
