Thomas R. Carroll, 60, passed away Saturday January 13 at Windsor Lane Health Care. Born in Toledo, he was the son of Joseph and Alice Carroll who predeceased him. He graduated from Macomber and worked for Bill True and Rays Towing. He enjoyed showing his custom van and collecting diecast cars. He is survived by his brother, Joe(Gail), sisters, Linda(Mike) Hahn, Mary Carroll and many nieces and nephews.
