Terri Lynn Lewis

Terri Lynn Lewis passed away in the comfort of her family home on January 20, 2026. The world was blessed with Terri, on July 10, 1964, born in Toledo, Ohio. Terri spent her 61 years on this earth bringing a smile to all she met with her quick wit. Terri is survived by her sons, Adam (Angie) & Tyler (Sara Freeman) Lewis and daughter, Quinn (Tyler) Janiak; grandchildren, Payton Lewis, Gabriel Lewis, and Josiah. In addition, Terri is survived by brothers, Guadalupe “Nune” Medina Junior (Cindy Segar) and Jeff (Cathy) Klawitter; sister, Corina (James) Bollinger; father, Lupe Medina. Terri was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Medina, whom Terri missed everyday.

Terri mastered many different jobs over the years. She loved to travel and was a remarkable cook who found joy in feeding others. More than anything, Terri loved spending time with her family and loving on her grandchildren. Terri leaves a legacy of generosity and love. She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.

In honor of Terri's life, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

The family is grateful for any support and welcomes memorial donations to the family, in honor of Terri.
