Terrance R. Evans

Terrance Reginald Evans, known as Terry, age 62, passed away on July 10, 2023 in Toledo, Ohio. He was born September 20, 1960 at Toledo Hospital, to mother Barbara Jean Evans and father James Lilly Nelson.

Terry attended Pickett Elementary School from grades K-6, and Pickett Junior High School grades 7-8. He attended Drummond Libbey High School, and entered the Army, serving from 1982 upon receiving an Honorable Discharge in 1986.

His work experiences include Goodwill Industry, Board of Elections, and Lott Industry.

Preceding him in death are his great grandparents, sister, brother, father, and an uncle.

Survivors include his daughter, LaToya Evans; grandchildren, Kijha and Alijha (AJ) Evans; brothers, Anthony Evans, Frederick (Lisa) Hampton II, James and Michael Nelson; sisters, Leslie and Michelle Nelson; and mother, Barbara Tall-Campbell.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2023 at 11 AM at St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, 2340 N. Holland Sylvania Rd, Toledo, Ohio, by Reverend C. L. Johnson, Pastor.
