Tanya Louann Visnaw, 47, of Monroe Michigan, born to David and Connie Visnaw on July 5, 1976, in Saginaw, Michigan, passed unexpectedly in Toledo, Ohio, on March 16, 2024.
Shortly after graduating from Bridgeport High school in 1994, she began her own family. She loved spending time with her three children, and her grandson. Tanya especially liked having family dinner as often as possible. She loved music of all kinds, playing music trivia, and card and board games. Tanya always had a unique and sparkling personality; she would bond with the likes of strangers and lend a listening ear to anyone who needed it. Tanya enjoyed traveling to new places.
Tanya is survived by her parents, David and Connie Visnaw; children, Jacob (Haley) Corl, Cassandra (Valery) Corl, Sydney Frederick and grandson, Brian Frederick; siblings, Carrie (Paul) Dye, Michael (Amanda) Visnaw, and her ride-or-die, Amy Duel-Peterson; nieces and nephews, Mattie, Waylon, Dexter and Hannah, with whom she loved to play All Around The Garden; uncle, Michael (Sherri) Visnaw; aunt, Christine (Daniel) Esparza; and The Erdman family. Preceding Tanya in death were her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Patricia Visnaw; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Barbara Meehleder; an uncle, Robert “Bobbie” Meehleder; aunt, Bonnie Page, Beautiful aunt Janet Brandt; and the fathers of her greatest accomplishments, Charles Corl and Brian Frederick.
There will be no formal services held, per Tanya’s wishes.
