Tammy M. Simon

Tammy Michelle (Leskow) Simon, age 58, went to be with our Lord on February 12, 2026.

She was born January 6,1968 in Toledo, Ohio, to Richard and Carolyn Leskow. Tammy was a 1986 graduate of Whitmer High School. She went on to serve in multiple management roles throughout her career.

Tammy grew up spending cherished time at her family cottage, a place that would later become her home. It was there that she created countless memories with family and friends, often gathered around a bonfire sharing laughter and stories. She had a deep love for connection and community, and she treasured the simple joys of being surrounded by those she loved. In the years that followed, Tammy found her greatest joy in her grandchildren, Brylee and Jackson. She took immense pride in being their grandmother and loved every moment spent with them.

Tammy is survived by her mother, Carolyn Leskow; daughter, Amanda (Bo) Beach; grandchildren, Brylee and Jackson Beach; brother, Michael (Dana) Leskow; nephew, Joshua (Amanda) Leskow; and niece, Keri (Austin) Manor. Those preceding her in death were her father, Richard Leskow, and infant sister, Jeanie Marie Leskow.

Per Tammy's requests there will not be a formal service. In place of a funeral, there will be a Celebration of Life announced at a later date.
