Suzanne "Sue" Naugle

Suzanne “Sue” (Meyerhoffer) Naugle, 77, of Toledo, passed away peacefully July 28, 2023, with her loving family by her side, at Ebeid Hospice on the campus of Flower hospital.

Sue was born April 15, 1946, in Toledo, to Robert and Joan (Sheets) Meyerhoffer. She graduated from Woodward High School in 1964. She then married the love of her life Gilbert “Gil” Naugle in September 1965, and then again in September 1999.

She was a short order cook for thirty years and was a member of the Emblem Club for the Elks Lodge #53. She loved spending time with her family, especially her great granddaughters, Nevaeh and Jaydah.

Sue is survived by three children, Sandy Naugle of Bowling Green, Lisa Naugle of Toledo, Gilbert “Butch” (Tammie Waynick) Naugle of Bowling Green; grand children, Eric Naugle of Toledo and Randi Naugle of Toledo; great grandchildren, Nevaeh Justice of Toledo and Jaydah Jordan of Toledo; Grandson by Love, Darnell Brown; Daughters by Love, Kathy Kirkman and Cindy Winfrey.

She was preceded in death by her husband; sister, Pam (Kenny) VanCamp and brother, Eddie (Molly) Gay.

Private funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Cremation Society of Toledo.
