Susan K. Ratz

Susan (Gardner) Ratz, 73, of Perrysburg, passed away peacefully Sunday October 22, 2023, at St. Anne’s Hospital in Toledo Ohio.

Susan was born June 15, 1950, in Roswell New Mexico. The family soon moved to Santa Monica California where she fell in love with the world-famous pier, the beach, and friends. After graduating from Santa Monica High School, she moved to Ohio to be closer to family.

She is preceded in death by parents Malcolm and Mildred (Cox) Gardner and husband of fifteen years, Gerald Ratz.

She is survived by sister, Toni Shirey, brother Malcom (Mac) Gardner, children Robert Allen Cully, Sharon “Shar-shay”, Lynn (Marc) Van Gorden, and Raymond Lee (Heidi) Cully, grandchildren Austin, Sarah, Marc Jr., Alexandra, Brandon, Drayton, Ethan, Owen, Paige and Cameryn, three great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

A private gathering will be held later at the convenience of the family.
