Steven Lee Myers

Steven Lee Myers, 57, of Toledo, Ohio, passed from his earthly life on January 7, 2023 after a courageous battle with squamous cell. He was born June 9, 1965 to Lee and Betty (Copsey) Myers.

Steve attended Owens Community College. He worked for Darden Restaurants as a server, most notably for Longhorn Steakhouse and Red Lobster. Although originally from Arcadia, he enjoyed living in Arizona for nearly a decade, and cherished the memories he made with his “Phoenix family”.

Steve will be remembered for his love of concerts, his knowledge of music, and his sense of humor. Most who knew him regarded him as Stevie Nicks’ number one fan.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sister, Terri Sharma, of Ada; his niece, Shea (Matthew Hauenstein) Barnett of Findlay; his nephew, Ethan (Alexis Evans) Barnett of Kenton, and a grand-niece, Leighla Barnett.

In honoring Steve’s wishes, there will be no funeral. The family will schedule a Celebration of Life at a later date.
