Sean A. Collins

Sean A. Collins, 49, of Toledo, OH, passed away on September 13, 2025 in St. Charles Hospital ICU.

Sean graduated from Waite HS. He received an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice from Owens Community College. He also lived in New York City for a brief time.

He worked at Woodville Surplus and also was a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service for twenty plus years. Sean was a member of the National Association of Letter Carriers Union where he served as the sergeant - at - arms for a time.

Sean was a wonderful and loving father to his daughter Zayne. He was proud to be an Eastsider. He celebrated his Hungarian heritage and even traveled to Budapest. He was an avid New York Yankee and Dallas Cowboy fan.

Sean is survived by his daughter, Zayne (Heather Aiello); mother, Linda Collins; father, Jack Collins; aunt, Rachel (Jim) McEowen; uncle, Nate (Carol) Cantrell; goddaughter and cousin, Alexandria (Brian) Meyer; cousin, Jessica Cantrell; several uncles, aunts and cousins; special friend, Lindsay Griffin.

Sean was preceded in death by his grandparents, Priscilla and John Cantrell and Verna and John Collins.

There will be a celebration of life in Sean’s honor with family and friends.
