Sandra J. Moore

Sandra “Sandy” Jean Moore, 54, of Swanton, OH passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Toledo Hospital. She was born on March 29, 1966 in Toledo, OH to Robert and Lillian (Marcello) Swartz and she married Kirk D. Moore. Sandra loved children and owned her own day care business for over 9 years . She also enjoyed working at Blue Cross and Blue Shield for over 9 years. She was a wonderful chef and enjoyed cooking and baking. Her baby girl was her whole world. Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Kirk D. Moore; daughter, Andrea A. Moore; 7 grandchildren; siblings, Joann Lipinski, Mike Rasmussen, Robin (Ron) Landrus, Tammy (Mark) Foster, and Robert (Amy) Swartz, Jr.; many nieces and nephews; and mother-in-law, Judith Ann Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Amanda Ann Moore; brother, Mark Rasmussen; father-in-law, Douglas Moore; sister-in-law, Natalie Ann (Lewis) Moore; and beloved dog, Gracie May. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at the American Legion Post #468, 5580 Centennial Rd., Sylvania, OH 43560 from 2pm - 6pm.
