Sally Elizabeth (Burton) Taylor

“Our Little Girl,” Sally Taylor, age 62, passed from prolonged illnesses at Alexis Gardens in the care of Heartland Hospice on October 3, 2015. Sally was a New Years baby of 1953. She was very proud of the fact that she once was a “Burton” and “Taylor” making her named after the famous actress. Sally graduated from Sylvania Schools, class of 1971, and was employed in life with USFG Insurance, J.C. Penneys, Lion Store and Bassetts Health Foods. She was a devout Christian and will be remembered most by her hand-written Bible studies and homemade apple pies. Sally was preceded in death by her parents, Geraldine and William Burton. She is survived by siblings, Nancy Anne Kowalski, Margery J. Barnhizer and Roger Marshall Burton; nephews, Colton Marshall Barnhizer and Griffin Burton, and niece, Grace Hannah Kowalski.
