Ryan Eric Robertson, age 43, lifelong resident of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on August 18, 2026. He was born on May 29, 1983, to Eric and Elizabeth Robertson. Ryan attended Emmanual Baptist Christian School and completed his senior year at Whitmer High School. After graduation, he worked many jobs, but later his career would evolve into becoming a procurement buyer at both O-I and Magna Team Systems.

Ryan’s greatest passion was fishing, especially salmon fishing. His uncle taught him how to fish at a very young age and they fished together the whole time Ryan was growing up. Additionally, Ryan loved to camp with family, spend time up North, jet ski, boat, and scuba dive. He loved to ponder deep theological questions and his wit and sarcasm made him very fun to be around.

Ryan is survived by his parents, Eric and Elizabeth (Philo) Robertson; brother, Blake Robertson; grandmother, Beverly Philo; Uncle, Robert (Jessica) Philo; Aunt, Susan (Philo) Niswander; Aunt, Diane Cole Brewington and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ryan is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Marilyn Robertson; paternal grandfather, John Robertson; maternal grandfather, Robert Philo and brother and Jordan Robertson.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, August 25 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 p.m. and a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 26 at 11:00 a.m. both at
