Ryan N. Chip Bell

Chip, 54, of East Toledo passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 28, 2016. He loved outdoor activities with his children, OSU, writing poetry, dancing and joking around. He was a loving father of 4 children, Joshua, Michael, Jaecie, and Nicholas, and 1 granddaughter, Luna. Also surviving are his mother, Norma; sisters, Kim (Howard), Lori, Nikki (Mike); brothers, Bryan and Kris; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Chip was preceded in death by his father, Roger. A memorial service will be held for family and close friends on December 3, 2016 at 2pm at the Meadows of Perrysburg (Club House), 27484 Oregon Rd, Perrysburg.
