Rudolph Kindred Holloman

Rudolph (Rudy) Kindred Holloman of Toledo, Ohio passed away on June 5, 2013 at Hospice of NWO in Perrysburg. He was born to Herman and Elizabeth (Cobb) Holloman on January 30, 1921 in Merry Hill, NC. Rudolph received a Bachelor of Arts in 1942 from the University of Pittsburgh. He served in the US Army during WWII (1942-1946) and as a 1st Lieutenant in Korea (1950-1952). Rudolph worked for Union Paper and Twine, and he retired from the Mead Corporation in 1981.Rudolph married Phyllis Polsdorfer on January 30, 1954, she preceded him in death. Surviving are his sons, John R. (Cynthia) and Robert D. (Jennifer) Holloman, and his grandchildren, Bradley, Curtis, Robert K., and Samantha and great grandchildren, Codey, Riley, and Kasey.A memorial service will be held on June 29th at 11:00 am at Mayfair-Plymouth Church, 5253 Bennett Rd.
