Rodney D. Bernath

Rodney D. Bernath, age 73, of Delta, Ohio passed away on January 23, 2022, after a long battle with diabetes. He was born April 2, 1948 in Wauseon, Ohio to Simon and Lee Bernath. Rod was a longtime business owner of Merchandise Mart in Delta. A Devils Lake resident for many years, Rod enjoyed boating, golfing, playing cards with friends, and the Delta sports scene. His contributions to the Delta community were many and dear to his heart. He will be missed cruising the town checking up on those he loved and enjoying his favorite spot at the Delta reservoir. Left to cherish his memory is his caring partner, Corinne Gage; sister, Sonya Stoll (Bob Kotlowski); brother, Phil (Lori) Bernath; nieces, Dawn Stoll-Graef, Shannon Stoll and Erin (Bart) Yeager; nephew, Chris Bernath; great-nieces, Haley Graef and Madison Bernath; great-nephews, Matthew Bernath, Quinn Bernath and Bryce Yeager; honorary family, Tara (Megan) Wall; granddaughters, Elle and Liv Wall, Ammon Gage; grandson, Aidan Gage and his mother, Kelly Kane.
