Rodger W. Dunn

On November 19, Rodger William Dunn passed away at Genacross Lutheran Services at Wolf Creek, at the age of 80. Rodger was born on February 2, 1942, to William and Alice Dunn.

Rodger graduated from Toledo Central Catholic in 1960. He was a military veteran who served in the Army National Guard. He spent the bulk of his working career at Champion Sparkplug, retiring in 1991.

Rodger loved movies and had an extensive DVD collection. He was also an avid Detroit Tigers fan and was thrilled he got to witness their World Series Championships in 1968 and 1984. He was happy to be able to watch the game 5 clincher against the San Diego Padres with his son Jeff.

Rodger is survived by his son, Jeffrey (Susan) Dunn; brother, Thomas (Mary) Dunn; ex-wife, Susan Bones, as well as many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alice Dunn, as well as his aunt Zoe Stone, who was very instrumental in raising him.
