Robyn (Lunsford) McCoyRobyn Marie (Lunsford) McCoy, age 39 died tragically in a house fire at her residence in Upper Sandusky, Ohio on Monday, November 14, 2011.Robyn was born on May 22, 1972 to Ronald and Joyce D. (Priepot) Lunsford in Sacramento, California.Robyn is survived and will be missed by her beloved friend Jeff Davis of Upper Sandusky; her father, Ronald Lunsford of Penryn, California; sister Rhonda Leonard of Hauser, Idaho; brothers Kenneth Lunsford of Loomis, California and Kevin Lunsford of Bryan, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.She was preceded in death by her mother Joyce.Robyn was raised in Penryn, California and graduated from Del Oro high school. In high school she was mascot on the cheerleading squad, participated in the band and was a member of the softball, basketball, and tennis teams. She attended Texas AM University and was a member of the Corps of Cadets and Fighting Texas Aggie band. From 1993 to 2000 she resided in the Coeur dAlene, Idaho area where she was employed by Merritt Brothers Lumber. Since 2000, she lived in the north-west Ohio area and attended Terra College. She was recently employed in the plastics and foam industry.Robyn in survived by her husband Charles McCoy of Upper Sandusky, Ohio.Robyn enjoyed playing softball, being outside on warm days and watching sporting events. Friends and family will always cherish and remember her bubbly personality, bright smile and positive attitude, which influenced all who came in contact with her.In lieu of flowers, to establish a scholarship, friends and family request that memorials be sent to the Texas AM Foundation, 401 George Bush Drive, College Station, Texas, 77840-2811.
