Roberta “Bobbie” Louise (Cano) Topolewski

Age 85. Born April 22, 1937 El Paso Tx. Passed away on Sept 7th 2022 at her home in Sylvania OH.

She is predeceased in death by her parents Louis Cano and Margaret (Wines) Cano, and her husband Richard A.Topolewski Sr. She is survived by her 3 Children: Theresa Nadine Carter (NJ), LaureAnn (James) Steel (OH), and Richard A. (Ana) Topolewski Jr. (NJ). She was the loving Grandmother of 9 and Great Grandmother of many. Bobbie joined the US Army at 18 and while serving she met her husband Richard. They were married in 1957. After the Army they moved to NJ where they lived in Bayonne, Elizabeth, and Nutley. After Richard’s passing in 2005, Bobbie lived in Iselin, Hillsborough, then recently moved to Sylvania OH. Bobbie worked as a Bank teller and Bank manager for over 20 years in NJ. She enjoyed a good glass of wine, camping, traveling, the NJ Shore and she was an avid NY Yankee’s fan. The family wishes to thank all the Staff of ProMedica Hospice for their superior care and comfort they provided Roberta.
