Robert E. Rice Jr. passed away December 14, 2023, after a short battle with cancer at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. Robert was born on December 14, 1950, to Robert and Ella Rice in Toledo Ohio. He was retired from both the United States Air Force and Toledo Edison.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Julie "Charles" Rice; sister, Brenda Rice (Dennis) Holdren; brother-in-law, Thomas McElfresh; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Diane Rice; son, Robby; and sisters, Dorothy Whitehead and Sandra McElfresh.
