Robert "Bob" Mccormick

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert "Bob" Joseph McCormick August 12, 2025, aged 67. Born on July 9, 1958. A man of integrity, loyalty, and compassion, Bob added a unique spark of humor to every life he touched.

Bob leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memory — his daughter, Mallory McCormick; his mother, Judy Kopp; his sister, Lorri McCormick; and his adored granddaughter, Layla Jones. Also mourning his loss is his son-in-law, Dylan Jones.

After an illustrious career in healthcare, Bob retired from St. Anne Mercy in 2024. He was immensely proud of his profession and had always believed in the virtue of hard work. His lessons of achieving success, one step at a time, will continue to inspire those who knew him.

Bob was a man of simple, profound pleasures. He enjoyed the freedom of riding his Harley, the tranquility of any place with a beach, and most importantly, the company of his beloved dog, Abby. His passions extended to his daughter and granddaughter, marking two of his greatest accomplishments in life. He will be remembered for his love for them and how he cherished every moment spent together

The profound loss of Bob will be felt immensely by all who knew him. His life lessons, warmth, and love for family and friends will forever resonate within their hearts. As we remember Bob, we are reminded of his greatest lesson - to be kind to others and love deeply - a legacy that will continue to inspire.
