Robert Joe Hall, 69, of Monroe, MI passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. He was born on June 24, 1949 to Ralph and Beverley (Brown) Hall in Highland, MI. Robert leaves behind his loving wife, Betty Hall, and several family and friends.
