Robert Barto

Robert A. Barto, “Link”, passed away at his residence on Monday, April 13, 2009 at the age of 84. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on January 26, 1925 to the late Antonio and Nina (Ethell) Barto. He later married Ruth Parker and worked as a self employed auctioneer.He is survived by his son, Kenneth Parker; daughters, Sandy Lambdin, Maryann Whitenburg, and Bobbie Barto; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles (Betty), Jack (Betty), Paul (Sue); sisters, Jennie Schorr, Mary Barnett, Evelyn Doroda, and Linda Ray.He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ruth; brothers, Joseph, Antonio Jr., John; and sister, Martha. Any contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 800 South Detroit Ave. Toledo, Ohio 43609. There will be no services. The family has entrusted the Cremation Society of Toledo with Mr. Bartos care. Online condolences may be made below.
