Richard A. Fisher

Richard (Ricky) Allen Fisher, 63, of Toledo, OH, passed away on July 26, 2021. Ricky was born in Toledo, OH to Richard Fisher and Etta Mae (Smith) Lloyd on March 28, 1958. He attended Washington Local Schools in Toledo, OH. Ricky worked for various companies over the years in the field of construction as well as working maintenance for BFI. He was an accomplished bodybuilder and performed in many bodybuilding competitions. Throughout the years you could find Ricky watching his favorite teams; the Cleveland Browns and the Ohio State Buckeyes, cheering on his favorite NASCAR driver, Dale Earnhardt, and fishing the lakes and rivers of Northwest Ohio. After the passing of his beloved stepfather, Ricky took on the responsibility of being the primary caregiver to his mother. Ricky is survived by his daughters, Kristina (Thomas) Moynihan, Emily (Cooper Sweeny) Fisher, Annmarie Fisher, mother, Etta Mae Lloyd, sister, Deborah (Greg) Skibinski, brother's Billy Davis, Donnie (Jeania) Fenter, Robbie (Heather) Fenter, cherished grandchildren, Alexander, Oliver and Gemma Moynihan, former spouse Marsha Schroeder and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his K9 companion, Eddie. Ricky is preceded in death by his stepfather, Bob Lloyd and brother, Robert (Bobby) Fisher. Memorial contributions can be made in lieu to the family to help cover funeral expenses to P.O.
