Richard Rick Cover

Richard John Cover, 56, of Oak Harbor, passed away Wednesday morning at home, after a short illness. Rick was proceeded in death by his father Harvey L Cover, Jr of Oak Harbor.” He is survived by his mother, Carol Ann Rutherford, of Oak Harbor; brothers Steven Cover of Fremont, Roy Cover of Toledo, and Mike Cover of Oak Harbor; and sisters,”DJ Cover and Jacqueline Bates both of Port Clinton. Rick loved the lake and commercial fishing.” In honor of Ricks passing, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are being made for services.
