Richard A. Balas, 58, of Toledo, passed away November 20, 2011. He was born December 1, 1952, in Toledo to Richard and Molly (Neuschel) Balas. He is survived by his mother, two loving and fantastic children ; his brother ,Tom (Tammy); niece, Crystal and nephew, Joe. Richard was preceded in death by his father. A memorial service will be held on December 9, 2011, 10:00 am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 6149 Hill Ave, Toledo. Online condolences may be shared below:
