Phillip Cm Penhorwood, Ii

December 2, 1947 — January 7, 2025

Phillip Conrad Mohr Penhorwood II, age 77, of Oregon, Ohio, passed away peacefully, Tuesday morning, January 7, 2025, at his home. He was born on December 2, 1947, in Toledo, Ohio, to Phillip and Mary Ethel Penhorwood.

Upon graduating from high school, Phillip entered the field of Iron Work and was employed by Ironworkers Local 55 Toledo, for many years. Years later, he moved to Florida and received his Harley Davidson Mechanic Certificate and worked for a dealership there. He moved back to Toledo, and worked for Signature Harley Davidson, until he retired.

Though he experienced love several times in his life, it was Patti who truly captured his heart. She was the love of his life, and their bond was a deep and enduring source of joy and fulfillment. Together, they shared a connection that brought out the best in each other and filled his life with love and purpose.

Phillip had a love for working on Harleys, but his true passions lay in building gaming computers and immersing himself in the world of gaming. It was a hobby that brought him great joy and allowed him to connect with others who shared his enthusiasm.

He was a person of remarkable intelligence, always eager to share his wealth of knowledge with those around him. Whether with friends or family, he had a unique way of offering insights, not to impress, but to help others grow and see the world in new ways. His generosity of spirit, combined with his deep understanding, left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He deeply loved and cherished his family, and this devotion was evident in his actions.

When his father fell ill, he selflessly moved into their home, dedicating himself to caring for both of his parents with unwavering love and compassion, until their passing. His commitment to family and his nurturing spirit were a testament to the depth of his character and the strength of his bonds with those he held dear. He will be dearly missed.

Phillip is survived by his loving wife, Patti Penhorwood II; stepchildren, Michael Edelman, Michelle Fuller, Mellanie Roberts (Ralph), and Kimberly Weber; as well as many cherished grandchildren. He is also survived by his niece, Tammi (Tom) Mills; nephews, Todd (Tammy) Alcorn, Troy Alcorn, and Kevin Cox. Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Penhorwood; mother, Mary Ethel Penhorwood; and sister, Barbara Alcorn.
