Perry Lee Rex

In honor of a great man he will be solely missed by all who’s lives he touched. Perry L Rex, 65, of Toledo, Ohio died Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio with the love of his life, Nancy, by his side. He was born in Toledo, OH on August 29, 1956 to Carol “Jean” Rex and Harry P. Rex. Perry retired from Tarta after 32 years with several awards. He was proceeded in death by his son, Matthew P Rex. Left to cherish his memory is his partner, Nancy J. Martin; Jordan, Sara and Erin Martin; his parents; and extended family. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
