Peggy Jean Williams acquired her angel wings on August 4, 2021. She was 81 years young, born in Omaha, Nebraska in 1940. She lived in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Cleveland, Ohio and her final resting place in Toledo, Ohio. Peggy loved gardening, bowling, crafting, painting ceramics, making jewelry, and playing bingo. She had a great spirit and was quite the jokester. She was a very avid Tennessee Vols and Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She will be truly missed by all her family and friends, especially one of her best friends, Carol Hess, whom she loved dearly. Peggy was preceded in death by her loving parents, Homer and Jennie Jarvis and daughter, Cyndi Seeber. She is survived by her sister, Patricia (James Edward) Goins; brother, James (Ellis) Jarvis; children, Bunny (Bob) Itson-Kennedy, Stephen Williams, David (Jennifer) Williams, James Patrick Williams, Elizabeth Williams, and Michael David Tate; grandchildren, Matthew and Eric Bartsch, Faith, Kile and Luke Kennedy, Brandon, Heather and Justin Williams, Michael Williams, Alex, Abby and Adam Sikorski, Evan Williams, Brianna (Eric) Williams, Austin Richards, Sara Holtzclaw, Flora (Anthony) Hollbrook, and Jennie (Chris) Davisson. Peggy also had 12 great-grandchildren, whom she loved very much. Family and friends are welcome to join us in paying their respects to Peggy’s memory on Monday, August 23, 2021 at the Cremation Society of Toledo, 7210 Airport Highway, Holland where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 am.
