Paul Leroy Nason passed away unexpectedly at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital at the age of 75 on March 15, 2024. He was born on January 19, 1949 to his parents George and Eileen Nason.
Paul was a Vietnam veteran, serving in Vietnam from 1966 – 1972. After returning from Vietnam, Paul was an over the road truck driver for many years. After retiring, Paul and his soulmate/wife, Susan, traveled frequently. Together, they enjoyed many adventures all across the country in their motor home. He cherished and shared many stories and laughs about their travels.
Paul is survived his daughter, Kristy (Darryl) Pelchat; son, Paul Huff; grandchildren, Veronica Imo, Nicholas Imo, Alissa Huff, and Carli Huff; great grandsons, Nolan Imo and Anson Gullett; siblings, Scott Nason and Rose Mary Dirnberg; siblings-in law, Dana Brass, Chuck (Sofie) Goff, Mary (Mike) Veverka, Cathy (Eddie) DeVorce and many nieces and nephews.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Susan; brother, Kent; and grandson, A.J. Imo.
Not a day will go by that you are not missed, loved and remembered, Dad. Anyone that knew you loved you because of your kind heart and your ability to make everyone smile and laugh without an effort. Rest easy in heaven with Mom & AJ.
