Patrick J. West

A much loved Patrick Packy James West of Toledo, Ohio passed away suddenly in his home on May 2, 2016. Patrick had just turned 59 years old. He was a free spirited, guitar playing, life of the party guy with the sweetest, kindest heart, and great sense of humor. Pat had a lot of great artistic abilities. He loved guitar and belonged to several bands and played at church services. Pat always had a smile which brightened a room. He gave hugs like Gramps and he always had a positive attitude, which was loved by everyone who knew him. Pat is survived by his beautiful mother, Catherine West; his partner, Marcia Matney; his daughter, Ashley West; granddaughter, Kaidyn; siblings, Lucy, Colleen (Joe), Michael (Julie), Therese (John), Dottie (Paul) and Mimi. He also has several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Patrick West. Pat will be greatly missed!!!
