Patrick "Mike" Bires

Patrick “Mike” Bires, age 66, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully, in his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, June 7, 2024. Mike graduated from Whitmer High School and later served in the United States Marine Corps. He worked most of his life as a grocery store manager and often enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, watching the Detroit Tigers baseball, and cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes football. In his spare time, he loved sitting by the fire and listening to his favorite music.

Patrick Bires was born on April 13, 1958, in Toledo, Ohio, the son of John and Helen (Ley) Bires.

Mike is survived by his loving wife, Vicki; two daughters, Melissa (Randy) Hussar and Michelle Bires; two stepdaughters, Stephanie (Matt Craft) Shininger and Melissa (Michelle) Shininger; 10 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Michael Bires.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

In honor of Mikes life, memorial donations have been suggested to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
