Patricia Jarchow, 63, passed away on April 11, 2026, in Toledo, Ohio. She was born on September 4, 1962, in Toledo, Ohio, to Ronald and Anne Hammer.

She attended Rosary Cathedral and Central Catholic High School. She graduated from Medical College of Ohio as a CNA. She lovingly spent her career taking care of others at MCO (now known as UTMC). After retiring from the medical field, she pursued other interests, including becoming a nail technician, working in food service, and Great Lakes Windows. She then decided to dedicate her life as a caregiver for several members of her family. Patti was a very kind and giving person. Her door was always open for weary travelers. Whenever someone called to her for help, she never said "no". Her favorite things to do were watching True Crime Stories, collecting kitties, coloring, and crossword puzzles all while listening to Fleetwood Mac and Celine Dion.

Survived by her children, Ariel Jarchow and Nathan Reiter (son in Love), Jacqueline (Jaxx) Jarchow; sisters, Robin Frisk and Theresa (Teri) Voli; one  brother, Anthony Hammer. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald Hammer Sr., Anne Hammer; and brother, Ronald "Joey" Hammer Jr.

In addition to us missing her dearly, her bonus kids that referred to her as "Mom" are Steven Delauder, John Miller, Kelsey Lender, and Julia Hitts; and finally, her Soul Kitty, Hera.
