Pamela (Pam) Rybka, born June 3, 1955, embraced life with a loving heart and a generous spirit, and on October 26, 2025, at the age of 70, peacefully passed away under the compassionate care of Hospice of Northwest Ohio. Pam's journey was marked by her resilience in facing several years of illness, always with grace and a smile. She was reunited in peace with her beloved husband, John, and her cherished parents, Thomas Graham and Shirley Jolliffe, as well as her dear sister, Debbie Pennington.
Pam's legacy lives on through her daughters, Renee' Poczekaj (Clint Roe) and Heather (Gus) Haynes, who carry forward her warmth and kindness. She was a stepmother to Christopher (Stephenie) Rybka and Amanda Rybka (Rachel Giesige), embracing them with open arms and a loving heart. Pam's greatest joy was her role as Nana to her treasured grandchildren, Morgan (Grant) Patch, Zachary Poczekaj (James Wolfe), Spencer Poczekaj, Abigail Haynes, and Alyssa (Nicholas) Siroky. Her family was her world, and she admired her great-granddaughter, Joanne "Annie" Patch, with boundless love and was eagerly awaiting the arrival of her great-grandson. Pam is also survived by her brother, Bob (Julie) Graham, and her sister, Sherri Mueller, whose bonds were a cherished part of her life.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Waterford at Levis Commons - Senior Living, where Pam found joy and companionship in her outings and activities with the many friends she made. A special thank you goes to the compassionate staff at Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their tender care in her final days. In honor of Pam's generous spirit, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, in lieu of flowers, at 30000 E. River Rd. Perrysburg, OH 43551 or www.hospicenwo.org She will be dearly missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those she touched.
