Nola Mae Connin

January 11, 1935 — December 19, 2025

Nola Mae Connon (Wilkinson) was the daughter of Harold and Nola Mae Wilkinson (Tancock); sister of Mary Jane Wilkinson, Joan (Robert) Boynton and Barbara (Robert) Barnauskas. She was married 62 wonderful years to her husband, Robert Connin and was the loving mother to James (Lisa) Connin, Nolamae Bailey, and Carol (Steven) Burnett. The caring grandmother of Adelle Bailey (Owen Johnson), Grace Bailey, Owen Burnett and Quinn Burnett.

Nola Graduated from Devilblss High School in 1953. She spent 18 years doing what she always wanted to do, that being a wife and a mother. Nola re-entered the workforce in 1972 and retired from Washington Junior High School as a cafeteria manager in 1995. Nola and Bob enjoyed their earlier retirement years traveling to various locations and enjoyed the waterfront living in their shoreland home.

Nola had recently moved to an assisted living at the Gardens of St. Francis, which she enjoyed very much. She passed away at Hospice of Northwest Ohio's Edward and Marion Knight hospice center in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Nola and her family have been grateful for the kindness and impeccable care that she received over the years. She was able to witness all the joys of her life with family and friends and is now at peace due to this care.

Services will be held privately with family and friends at a later date.

She loved and was loved greatly; she will be eternally missed.
