Noah Taylor

Noah Taylor age 80, of Holland, Ohio, passed away on April 25, 2021, at Spring Meadows Extended Care in Holland, Ohio. Noah was born on November 8th 1940 in Kenova, West Virginia to William and Lena (Damron) Taylor. Noah graduated in 1958 from Massillon Washington High School in Massillon, Ohio. After graduation he went into the Air Force where he served for 9 years. After serving in the Air Force he became an air traffic controller with the FAA for 12 years. Noah retired from the State of Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. Noah enjoyed traveling, gardening, fishing, cooking and spending time with family. He always enjoyed sharing his stories. Noah was preceded in death by his parents William and Lena, brother Arnold Taylor, mother-in-law Cathrine Henderson. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Janet, brother Billy Lee Taylor, daughters Catherine (Thomas) Prala, Laurie (Mark) DeCore, sons Timothy (Elizabeth) Taylor, Matthew (Tina) Taylor; grandchildren, Erica, Kayla, Lena, Nick, Noah, Brandi, Kristie, and Tony, several cousins, nieces and nephews. Per Noah’s wishes, there will be no memorial services. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Spring Meadows and to the nurses at Hospice of Northwest Ohio for their care of Noah. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions can be made to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
