Rodriguez
May 9, 1954 — Oct 4, 2026
Toledo, Ohio
Noah was 72 years old when he passed away on October 4, 2026, at U.T.M.C with his family at his side. He was born on May 9, 1954, in Laredo, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Felipe and mother, Maria (Castro)Rodriguez; and his brothers, Ben, Rene’, Oscar, Rick, Felipe Jr. Rodriguez; and his sister, Margarita Hyslop.
He attended Libbey high school and did hands-on training at the hospital with the Orthopedic doctors. He went on to dedicate 46 years of service to Toledo Hospital as a pediatric cast technician, before retiring in 2015. He took great pride in his work and the many years he devoted to helping others.
Above all, Noah loved spending time with his family. He was a devoted Ohio State fan, who enjoyed playing golf, going fishing, and gathering with his loved ones for family bingo nights. Affectionately known as “El Presidente”. Noah brought his own special personality and warmth to every family gathering. He especially loved riding his John Deere and giving his grandkids rides, creating memories they will cherish forever.
Noah is survived by his loving wife, Debbie Dickens-Rodriguez; his sons, Micheal Anthony, Douglas Allen(Crystal), Christopher Joseph(Kathy) Rodriguez, Micheal(Emily) Bailey, James Dickens and daughter, Jesica Dickens. He also leaves behind 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought tremendous joy to his life. Noah was especially proud of his granddaughters, Libbie(Terrell), Laci(Jordan), Lilly(Jayden) and Lydia(Jacob) Rodriguez, who were always by his side. He took them to school, taught them to drive, and was always there to support and encourage them. Above all, Noah was a very proud Papa, and his oldest great-granddaughter, Ellie, held a particularly special place in his heart as one of his greatest joys.
He is also survived by his brother, David(Colleen) Rodriguez; his sisters Rita(Tom) Strabley, Irene(Larry) Stull and Ruth(Dan) Osovitch; his mother-in-law, Mary; his brother-in-law, Bobby(Donna) Dickens and Ed Dickens; and sisters-in-laws, Janie Rodriguez, Susie(Mike) Yingling and Diana Dickens.
Noah loved all his nieces, nephews, and family and friends deeply. His love, laughter, and the memories he created with those closest to him will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
At Noah's request, no services will be held.
Forever in our hearts!
