Nicholas "Nick" Todd Kuhl, 43, passed away tragically, leaving behind a family and many friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Nick was born on January 25, 1983, in Albert Lea, Minnesota, to Mark Kuhl and Kela McNeely. He was a gifted artist who had a passion for music and cooking. Nick was known for his kind and generous spirit, always willing to lend a helping hand to a friend or even a stranger. His compassionate heart, creative talents, and genuine love for others will be remembered by all who knew him.
Although Nick was never married, he treasured his family and the many friendships he formed throughout his life. He was a proud uncle who enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Nick's life was tragically cut short due to the actions of another person. While his passing leaves an immeasurable void, those who loved him find comfort in the memories of his kindness, laughter, and genuine spirit.
He is survived by his father, Mark Kuhl, and stepmother, Kim Kuhl, both of Curtice, Ohio; his mother, Kela McNeely of Kansas City, Missouri; his brother, Jacob (Heather) Kuhl; his sister, Jessica (Jordan) Nelson; his siblings by marriage, Melinda (Jacob) Osthimer, Cassandra (Amy) Parish, Oralia Espinoza, and Nicholas Espinoza; several beloved nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his eldest sister, Chanti Dawn Kuhl; his paternal grandmother, Gladys "Lucy" Kuhl; and his maternal grandparents.
In accordance with his wishes, Nick will be cremated. Cremation Society of Toledo has been entrusted with arrangements.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, July 26, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at American Legion Post 553, 206 S Byrne Rd, Toledo, Ohio 43615. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor Nick's life, share memories, and celebrate the lasting impact he made on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Nick's kind heart, generous spirit, and creative soul will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered forever.
