Neila Smith, age 79, of Toledo, Ohio passed away in her sleep on March 7, 2018. Neila is survived by her loyal husband of 55 years, Richard; son, Mark (Amanda); daughter, Luticia (Morgan) Fiorito, furbaby, Star and her chosen family and friends. Services will be held at a later date.
