Neal was born to Virgil and Bernice (Monroe) Williams, on a farm, in a tent while the house was being built in 1941. Neal was one of 11 children and never afraid of hard work; he held several very interesting positions before learning the tool and die trade. Neal worked for more than 40 years in tool and die; for Suburban, then AutoTech before retiring in 2008. Neal liked being at home, sitting in his garage, watching thunderstorms and when he was younger, riding his motorcycle and playing cards. His favorite place in his older years was at the camper, sitting by the campfire, drinking his coffee.
Neal met and married Patricia Dishong, also known as Penny, and they were together for over 48 years. Neal was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, his brothers (Tom, Dan, Mike and Jerry), his sisters (Charlotte Burke, Jane Rogacki and Nancy Williams).
Neal is survived by his children: Danial (Robin) Williams, Tina Williams and Samantha (Ivan) Cole; grandchildren: Caitlin Williams, Jesse Cole, Mario (Liz) Burton, Lois Burton, Todd Cole, Erica Mocniak and Tyler Stull; great grandchildren: Corbin, Anabelle, Noah, Isak, Derek, Owyn, Audry, Gwenevere and Mason; sister: Joan DeMarco; brothers Tim Williams, Lance (Karen) Williams; sister in law: Kathy (Tom ) Szozda; as well as many nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial/send off for Neal at his last favorite place, on November 5th from 4 pm-8 pm at the Centurion Clubhouse 1501 Whitehouse Spencer Rd., Monclova, OH 43542.
